Who Was Adrienne Salinas?

Adrienne Salinas vanished on June 15, 2013, from Tempe, Arizona, and was found murdered two months later.

Her father reported her missing the next day, June 16th, on Father’s Day.

According to the Tempe Police Department, on the night she disappeared, Salinas and her roommates threw a party at their apartment on Hardy Drive and 5th Street.

After getting into an argument, Salinas and her boyfriend, Francisco Arteaga, left the party early. Both had planned on going to his home in nearby Scottsdale, but after the fight, Arteaga went home alone.

A little later, Salinas, hoping to smooth things over, packed a bag and left for his house. Shortly after departing, she crashed her car along the Rio Salado Parkway and Ash Avenue curve, flattening both driver’s side tires.

She managed to drive the car to Brown Street, where she parked before walking approximately one block back to her apartment.
